Cornerstone Early Learning Center is proud to be
part of Georgia's Department of Early Care and Learning
Pre-K Program!

 |
Georgia’s Pre-K Program is designed to develop and
support quality Pre-K experiences for four-year-old
children. The program, administered by Bright from the
Start, is focused on increasing school readiness and
improving overall school performance.
To be eligible for this voluntary program, children must
be 4 years old on September 1st of the current school
year and must reside in Georgia. |
Cornerstone Early Learning Center has a limited number
of Pre-K slots each year. In order to apply for a slot
the following items must be provided at our location.
Application does not secure a slot. For more
information, please feel free to call us.
* Form 3300 Certificate of Ear, eye, and Dental Exam.
* Form 3231 Certificate of Immunization
* Certified copy of birth certificate
* Social Security Card
* Other proof of residence (mortgage, tax statement,
utility bill)
* Cornerstone Packet
* Pre-K Packet
